strategies

  1. Conduct capability-building activities that shall equip human resources that shall be deployed for the implementation of social, environmental, cultural, and economic development of their communities.
  2. Formulate and execute policies that institute the culture of peace and execute mechanisms that shall assert human rights, human protection, and equal treatment of peoples of all tribes.
  3. Neutralize internal conflicts that have created insurgencies and turmoil among the neglected and affected communities around the country and maintain smooth interracial relations by providing venues for cultural education and awareness gaining respect and recognition of all tribes within the communities. 
  4. Launch humanitarian services that provide the social basic needs such as food, health, education, and shelter of all especially the indigenous peoples since they are the often neglected sector in the communities. 
  5. Support the rights of the indigenous peoples through delineation of their ancestral domains, self-determination, self-governance, and the preservation of their culture and heritage.  
  6. Promote gender equality by incorporating policies that provide proper treatment and assert the rights of women, children, senior citizens, persons with disabilities.
  7. Equip the citizenry to manage micro-enterprises and provide skilled professionals and technical personnel for employment to macro-enterprises to provide a steady momentum toward socio-economic development and progress. 
  8. Provide an innovative business atmosphere and healthy competition among corporations in the business sector by equipping them with workable policies and regulations enabling them to thrive in their business pursuits.
  9. Work with the government sector in enhancing their capacities and capabilities to execute their development plans, societal policies, and methodologies that provide prompt delivery of public service.
  10. Launch green economy by using green technology such as implementing projects such as organic agriculture, renewable source of energy, use of biofuel and deuterium instead of fossil fuel that emits carbon dioxide, methane gas, and other greenhouse gases that constantly depletes the ozone layer. 
  11. Protect the forest covers and watersheds that preserve the biodiversity, retain clean water sources, absorb carbon dioxide, and emit oxygen making the air fresh and clean which is suitable in maintaining the physical health of all humanity. 
  12. Strengthen intercontinental trade relations to maintain robust economic activity among all nations especially giving due recognition and trading privileges and concessions for underdeveloped and developing countries to flourish in the world market.
