THE SACRED COVENANT

In the name of the Most High, the Supreme Judge of All, we—the consecrated OFFICERS and MEMBERS of the WRO System—do solemnly and joyfully bind ourselves as ONE.

We are not merely volunteers; we are the ETERNAL GUARDIANS OF THE GLOBAL COVENANT FOR DIGNITY, anointed by faith and united in spirit. By the grace of Divine Providence, we forge an unbreakable Brotherhood and Sisterhood, sworn to uphold the sacred sovereignty of every soul and the peace of all nations.

We shall walk in the light of divine truth and unwavering humanitarian ideals. As the supreme law of our being, the principles of the WRO System shall be the shield that guards our hearts and the fire that illuminates our minds, rendering us impervious to the shadows of evil and the whispers of deception. With optimism born of faith, we shall embody its programs as a living testament to its eternal values.

Our thoughts shall be vessels of sincerity; our deeds, instruments of boundless generosity. We shall be ever-vigilant and ever-responsive to the suffering of our companions and the silent cries of the world. This is our paramount duty: the holistic upliftment of every citizen of the Earth and the genuine, godly transformation of all humanity. With divine valor and unassailable dignity, we shall defend the sacred name and ideals of the WRO System against any force—seen or unseen—that dares to sabotage the deliverance of communities from the bondage of poverty and injustice.

We are the voice of the divine mandate that proclaims "nemo est supra lex" —no mortal stands above the law. We shall never cease to protect the sacred by-laws of our constitution, nor shall we suffer any injury to the God-given rights to LIFE, LIBERTY, PROPERTY, and JUSTICE. We shall not merely support, but sanctify, all righteous government programs with honor, pride, and a dignity that reflects the divine.

We are the guardians at the gate, ready at the appointed hour to act with just cause and righteous reason.
